Tesla

Electric Vehicles

Models:

Model S, Model 3, Model X, Model Y, Roadster, Semi

Cost:

$35,000 - $250,000

How it works

You can use Priicer to control when your Tesla gets charged based on the real-time price of electricity. You can set Priicer to start charging when the price is under your bid, and it will also stop charging if the price rises above your bid amount.

You can also setup variable bidding, so that the price you are willing to pay changes with the state of charge of the battery. You might be willing to pay more if your battery level is low and want to pay less as the battery gets full.

You can also choose to geofence the area on the map where Priicer is enabled, so Priicer will only control your charging when your Tesla is physically inside of the defined radius.

Instructions

1. Connect your Tesla to the smartphone Tesla App. Make sure your Tesla is connected and is able to be controlled by the app.

2. In Priicer, go to the menu dropdown in the upper right hand corner of your screen. Select "My Settings". Then from the menu on the left choose "Tesla Account". Enter the same username and password that you used in your Tesla app. You will see a list of all of your available Teslas.

3. Choose to either set a fixed bid, or a variable bid based on the state of charge of your battery.

4. You have the option to enable geofencing, so that Priicer will only control your Tesla's charging if it is inside the specified radius. (under My Settings)
