This is an export only tariff (similar but different than other tariffs on Priicer), electricity exporters would get compensated for their exports based on a dynamic price.
Texas 15-Minute Wholesale Price x 0.9 (90% of the 15 minute Wholesale Price).
Priicer does not yet have access to the 15 minute price, so we are listing it in the 5 minute price tariff for now.
