The low wholesale electricity prices in the Netherlands are primarily driven by wind energy, and to a lesser extent, solar energy, while high price periods are driven by the price of natural gas.

Transmission, distribution, and taxes for dynamic tariffs are unfortunately not dynamic and are about ~20 cents per kWh.
