ComEd's standard delivery charge is approximately 5.9 cents per kWh. DTOD breaks the day into four fixed time periods with these delivery rates:
Mid-Peak | 6 AM – 1 PM | 4.0 ¢/kWh
Peak | 1 PM – 7 PM | 10.7 ¢/kWh
Evening Mid-Peak | 7 PM – 9 PM | 3.7 ¢/kWh
Super Off-Peak (Overnight) | 9 PM – 6 AM | 3.0 ¢/kWh
